癸硼烷改性JP-10燃料及其理化性质研究

近年来,新型高性能飞行器的发展对高热值燃料提出了更高要求,为进一步提高JP-10燃料的热值,采用癸硼烷进行改性,通过引入表面活性剂提高了癸硼烷在JP-10中的溶解度,获得不同癸硼烷含量的改性JP-10燃料.研究结果表明:含4%癸硼烷的JP-10燃料,在25℃下密度降低0.004 g·cm-3,黏度增加0.294 mPa·s,比热容提升了0.54 J·g-1·℃-1;癸硼烷的添加使JP-10的热值显著提升,最大热值达到49.88 MJ·kg-1,与液氧完全燃烧的最大比冲同等条件下可提高2.92 s;同时,含4%癸硼烷的JP-10燃料,20℃下表面张力降低3.174 mN·m-1,还表现出了较好的雾化性能.本研究为新型高热值燃料的研制提供了重要的实验和理论依据.
Decaborane modified JP-10 fuel and its physicochemical properties
In recent years,the development of new high-performance aircraft has put forward higher requirements for high calorific value fuels.In this paper,decaborane was used for modification to further improve the calorific value of JP-10.The solubility of decaborane in JP-10 was improved by introducing surfactants,and modified JP-10 fuels with different decaborane contents were obtained.The results show that the density of JP-10 fuel containing 4%decaborane decreases by 0.004 g·cm-3,the viscosity increases by 0.294 mPa·s,and the specific heat capacity increases by 0.54 J·g-1·℃-1 at 25℃.The addition of decaborane significantly increased the calorific value of JP-10,and the maximum calorific value reached 49.88 MJ·kg-1.Under the same conditions,the maximum specific impulse with liquid oxygen can be increased by 2.92 s.The surface tension of JP-10 fuel containing 4%decaborane decreased by 3.174 mN·m-1 at 20℃,showing good atomization performance.This study provides an important experimental and theoretical basis for the development of new high calorific value fuels.
