黄酮类化合物主要存在于自然界的植物中,属于植物的次生代谢产物,黄酮类化合物对治疗心脑血管疾病有着显著的效果,因此对黄酮类化合物的分离利用显得尤其重要.目前,大孔吸附树脂和金属有机框架材料被认为是吸附分离黄酮类化合物的有效材料.本研究利用大孔吸附树脂AB-8为模板,制备了ZIF-67,并以芦丁为标准样品,研究了ZIF-67@AB-8对黄酮类化合物的吸附效果,对吸附条件进行了优化,考察了ZIF-67和树脂的比例以及吸附时间对黄酮类化合物吸附效率的影响.结果表明:以3g二甲基咪唑与3g六水硝酸钴制备的ZIF-67@AB-8(2 g)对芦丁具有良好的吸附效果.在浓度为80 mg/L的芦丁溶液中,加入0.025 g ZIF-67@AB-8并在摇床中以220 r/min的转速充分搅拌8h,其对芦丁的吸附效率高达97.76%.研究结果为黄酮化合物的分离开辟了新的途径.
Preparation of ZIF-67@AB-8 and its adsorption effect for Rutin
Flavonoids mainly exist in natural plants and belong to the secondary metabolites of plants.Flavonoids have a significant effect on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Therefore,the separation and utilization of flavonoids is particularly important.At present,macroporous adsorption resins and ZIF-67 are considered as effective materials for adsorption and separation of flavonoids.In this paper,ZIF-67 was prepared by using macroporous adsorption resin AB-8 as template.Using rutin as standard sample,the adsorption effect of ZIF-67@AB-8 on flavonoids was studied,the adsorption conditions were optimized.The effects of the ratio of ZIF-67 to resin and adsorption time on the adsorption efficiency of flavonoids were investigated.The results showed that ZIF-67@AB-8(2 g)prepared with 3 g dimethylimidazole,3 g cobalt nitrate had a good adsorption effect on rutin.0.025 g ZIF-67@AB-8 was added into rutin solution with the concentration of 80 mg/L,and stirred for 8 hours in a shaking table at the rotating speed of 220 r/min.The adsorption efficiency of ZIF-67@AB-8 for rutin was as high as 97.76%,thus obtaining the optimum adsorption conditions of ZIF-67@AB-8 for rutin.The research results open up a new way for the separation of flavonoids.
