Analysis of infrared spectral characteristics and spectral regional characteristics of leaves of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves
A Fourier infrared spectrometer was used to determine the mid-infrared spectra and a near-infrared spectrometer was used to scan the near-infrared spectra of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves to explore the consistency and characteristics of the spectra. The peak positions of the spectra were analyzed to speculate on the vibrations of the groups that might be involved, thus providing a partial theoretical basis for further structural studies.Combined with statistical methods, the mid-infrared spectral data were clustered and analyzed to evaluate the spectral regional characteristics and differences, which to a certain extent provides a basis for quality control and identification of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves in Xinjiang region.
