新疆苦豆子叶红外光谱特征及光谱地域性特征分析

摘要
采用傅立叶红外光谱仪对苦豆子叶进行中红外光谱测定,采用近红外光谱仪对苦豆子叶进行近红外光谱扫描,探究谱图一致性及特征.分析光谱峰位,推测其可能涉及的基团振动,从而为进一步的结构研究提供部分理论基础.结合统计学方法对中红外光谱数据进行聚类分析,评价其光谱地域性特点及差异,一定程度上提供了新疆区域苦豆子叶的质量控制及鉴别依据.
Abstract
A Fourier infrared spectrometer was used to determine the mid-infrared spectra and a near-infrared spectrometer was used to scan the near-infrared spectra of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves to explore the consistency and characteristics of the spectra.The peak positions of the spectra were analyzed to speculate on the vibrations of the groups that might be involved,thus providing a partial theoretical basis for further structural studies.Combined with statistical methods,the mid-infrared spectral data were clustered and analyzed to evaluate the spectral regional characteristics and differences,which to a certain extent provides a basis for quality control and identification of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves in Xinjiang region.
