聚吲哚乙酸修饰电极对亚硝酸根离子的电化学检测

研究了聚吲哚乙酸修饰电极对NO2-的检测.通过恒电流沉积法制备聚吲哚乙酸修饰电极,然后采用循环伏安法研究了该修饰电极对NO2-的电催化氧化行为.实验结果表明,在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(0.1 mol·L-1,pH=2.6)中,聚吲哚乙酸修饰电极对NO2-具有较好的催化氧化活性.该方法用于香肠样品中NO2-的检测,结果令人满意.
Electrochemical detection of nitrite ion by polyindoleacetic acid modified electrode
Through the galvanostatic deposition indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)was electropolymerized on glassy carbon electrode(GCE).The polymerization conditions were discussed and the catalytic capability of the obtained poly(IAA)modified GCE towards the oxidation of nitrite was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and amperometry.The experimental results indicate that the poly(IAA)modified GCE has good catalytic oxidation activity for the NO2-ions in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution(0.1 mol·L-1,pH=2.6).Then The method was applied to the detection of NO2-in sausage samples with satisfactory results.
