摘要

试验采用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷作为基胶(107胶),选择填料碳酸钙补强,配合一定工艺量的交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂等功能助剂,制得单组分室温硫化硅橡胶.试验考察了 3种硅烷偶联剂与复配偶联剂对硅橡胶硫化性能、物理性能、粘接效果以及贮存稳定性的影响.试验结果发现,硅烷偶联剂中活性官能团的数量,对硅橡胶的硫化、粘接性能以及贮存稳定性均有很大的影响;偶联剂在改善胶料粘接、力学性能的同时,对硅橡胶的贮存性有一定负面作用,选用1~2份的复配偶联剂为原料,制得的硅橡胶综合性能最佳.

Abstract

A one component RTV silicone rubber is prepared with α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base glue,calcium carbonate filler as reinforcement,and some certain content of crosslinking agent,coupling agent and catalyst.The effects of three kinds of silane coupling agents and compounded coupling agents on the vulcanization properties,physical properties,bonding effect and storage stability of silicone rubber are investigat-ed.The test results show that the number of active functional groups in the silane coupling agent has a great influence on the vulcanization,adhesive properties and storage stability of the silicone rubber.The coupling agent has a certain negative effect on the storage property of silicone rubber.Using 1~2 portions of compounded coupling agent as raw material will achieve the best comprehensive performance of the prepared silicone rubber.
