摘要

以间苯二甲醛、邻羟基苯乙酮和邻羟基萘乙酮为原料,通过羟醛缩合反应合成了两个双吡唑啉结构的荧光探针Z1-2,并且通过紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱等测试了其对金属离子的识别效能,对两个化合物进行了络合机理的研究、密度泛函理论计算和细胞毒性测试,同时研究了pH值对金属离子识别的影响,结果表明探针Z1-2对Cu2+和Fe3+具有高选择性且具有较低的检测限,Z1对Fe3+和Cu2+的络合常数分别为1.6×10-4 mol和1.9×10-5 mol,Z2对Fe3+和Cu2+的络合常数为5.9×10-6 mol和1.1 ×10-6 mol,且受pH值的影响较小.

Abstract

Two kinds of fluorescent probes Z1-2 with bis-pyrazoline structure are synthesized by aldol reaction of m-phthalaldehyde,o-hydroxy-acetophenone and o-hydroxynaphthalene ethyl ketone.Their ability to recognize metal ions is tested by UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescence e-mission spectra.The complexation mechanism,density functional theory calculation and cytotoxicity of the two kinds of compound are investigated,as well as the effect of pH value on the ion recognition.The results show that the probe Z1-2 has high selectivity for Cu2+and Fe3+and low detection limit,the complexation constants of Z1 for Fe3+and Cu2+are 1.6×10-4 mol and 1.9×10-5 mol respectively.The complexation constants of Z2 for Fe3+and Cu2+are 5.9×10-6 mol and 1.1 ×10-6 mol respectively,and the recognition ability of Z1-2 is less affected by pH value.
