一种耐150 ℃环氧热破胶膜的研制及性能研究

研制了一种耐150℃环氧热破胶膜,胶膜黏性适中,易于铺覆在蜂窝芯表面进行热破操作,胶膜热破后会在蜂窝芯格端部形成均匀分布的胶瘤.胶膜的玻璃化转变温度为153.3 ℃,胶膜具有优异的力学性能,室温剪切强度为37.2 MPa,150 ℃剪切强度为17.4 MPa,热破后的滚筒剥离强度相较于热破前提高了115.6%.该胶膜适用于碳纤维网格板或穿孔面板与蜂窝芯的粘接.
A Study on the Development and Properties of a 150 ℃ Resistant Reticulation Epoxy Adhesive Film
A 150℃resistant reticulation epoxy adhesive film is prepared,which is moderately sticky,and can be spread easily on the surface of the honeycomb core for reticulation.After reticulation,the film forms uniformly distributed fillet on the end of the honeycomb core.The glass transi-tion temperature of the adhesive film is measured to be 153.3℃.The adhesive film exhibits excellent mechanical properties with lap shear strength of 37.2 MPa at room temperature and 17.4 MPa at 150℃.The climbing drum peel strength of the reticulated adhesive film is 115.6%higher than that of the unreticulated film.The adhesive film is developed for bonding carbon-fiber mesh panels or perforated panels to honeycomb cores.
