Preparation of a TiO2-modified Quartz Chopped Fiber Reinforced Phosphate Composite Material
In view of the demand for wave-absorbing properties of phosphate composites, the nano TiO2 is selected as a functional filler, and the thermogravimetric(TG)analysis, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)is used to characterize the structure of the filler and phosphate composites, and the influence law of the filler on the bending strength and dielectric properties of the phosphate composites is investigated. The results show that when the dosage of nano TiO2 is 7.5%(wt),the dielectric constant of quartz chopped fiber reinforced phosphate composites can reach 8.52,the loss tangent value is 0.018,and the bending strength is 182 MPa,and the microstructure is dense and regular.
