一种TiO2改性石英短切纤维增强磷酸盐复合材料的制备

针对磷酸盐复合材料对吸波性能的需求,选用纳米TiO2作为功能填料,采用热重(TG)分析、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征了填料与磷酸盐复合材料结构,并研究了填料对磷酸盐复合材料的弯曲强度和介电性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:当纳米TiO2用量为7.5%(wt)时,石英短切纤维增强磷酸盐复合材料的介电常数可达到8.52,损耗正切值为0.018,弯曲强度达到132 Mpa,微观结构致密规整.
Preparation of a TiO2-modified Quartz Chopped Fiber Reinforced Phosphate Composite Material
In view of the demand for wave-absorbing properties of phosphate composites,the nano TiO2 is selected as a functional filler,and the thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)is used to characterize the structure of the filler and phosphate composites,and the influence law of the filler on the bending strength and dielectric properties of the phosphate composites is investigated.The results show that when the dosage of nano TiO2 is 7.5%(wt),the dielectric constant of quartz chopped fiber reinforced phosphate composites can reach 8.52,the loss tangent value is 0.018,and the bending strength is 182 MPa,and the microstructure is dense and regular.
