摘要

针对钢筋混凝土结构的加固材料力学性能低、稳定性差的问题,深入研究并制备了一种水性环氧树脂胶粘剂.这种胶粘剂旨在提升加固效果,确保结构的安全性和稳定性.在制备过程中,使用大小分子乳化剂和石墨烯制备出钢筋混凝土结构加固用的水性环氧树脂胶粘剂,同时测试石墨烯用量分别为0%、0.5%、1.5%、2.5%、3.5%、4.5%时该胶粘剂的力学性能,以及大小分子乳化剂分别为8∶2、7∶3、6∶4、3∶7、2∶8时胶粘剂的稳定性与耐冲击性.综合分析增韧剂用量以及环境温度对于该胶粘剂的性能影响.试验结果显示,在石墨烯用量为1.5%、乳化剂比例为6∶4时,胶粘剂呈现出最佳的力学性能和耐冲击性.此外,增韧剂用量为24%,温度不超过28℃时,该胶粘剂的性能较为良好.

Abstract

A water-based epoxy resin adhesive is thoroughly studied and prepared to address the issues of low mechanical properties and poor stability of reinforcement materials for reinforced concrete structures.This adhesive aims to enhance the reinforcement effect and ensure the safety and stability of the structure.During the preparation process,water-based epoxy resin adhesive for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures is prepared using small and large molecule emulsifiers and graphene.And the mechanical properties of the adhesive are tested when the graphene dosage is 0%,0.5%,1.5%,2.5%,3.5%,and 4.5%respectively,as well as the stability and impact resistance of the adhesive when the ratio of small to large molecule emulsifiers are 8∶2,7∶3,6∶4,3∶7,and 2∶8 respectively.The effect of toughening agent dosage and environmental temperature on the perfor-mance of the adhesive is comprehensively analyzed.The experimental results show that the adhesive exhibits the best mechanical properties and im-pact resistance when the graphene dosage is 1.5%and the emulsifier ratio is 6∶4.In addition,when the toughening agent dosage is 24%and the tem-perature is lower than 28 ℃,the performance of the adhesive is relatively good.
