Study on the Preparation and Properties of Water-based Epoxy Resin Adhesive for Strengthening of Reinforced Concrete Structure
A water-based epoxy resin adhesive is thoroughly studied and prepared to address the issues of low mechanical properties and poor stability of reinforcement materials for reinforced concrete structures. This adhesive aims to enhance the reinforcement effect and ensure the safety and stability of the structure.During the preparation process,water-based epoxy resin adhesive for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures is prepared using small and large molecule emulsifiers and graphene. And the mechanical properties of the adhesive are tested when the graphene dosage is 0%,0.5%,1.5%,2.5%,3.5%,and 4.5%respectively,as well as the stability and impact resistance of the adhesive when the ratio of small to large molecule emulsifiers are 8∶2,7∶3,6∶4,3∶7,and 2∶8 respectively. The effect of toughening agent dosage and environmental temperature on the perfor-mance of the adhesive is comprehensively analyzed. The experimental results show that the adhesive exhibits the best mechanical properties and im-pact resistance when the graphene dosage is 1.5%and the emulsifier ratio is 6∶4.In addition, when the toughening agent dosage is 24%and the tem-perature is lower than 28 ℃,the performance of the adhesive is relatively good.
