为使环氧树脂胶在施工过程中具备适宜的黏度、流动性和可控性,从力学性能和导热率两个方面着手,分析桥梁混凝土裂缝修复用环氧树脂胶粘剂的改性效果.使用聚氨酯改变环氧树脂力学性能,添加氮化硼改变环氧树脂导热率.分析不同质量分数聚氨酯用量的环氧树脂力学性能变化,以及不同质量分数氮化硼用量下环氧树脂的导热率变化.试验结果显示,聚氨酯用量为16%时,改性环氧树脂的拉伸强度与抗压强度、剪切强度最高,孔洞结构更均匀,应力分散效果较高;氮化硼用量为20%时,改性环氧树脂的热导率最适合改性环氧树脂,能够缓解环境对环氧树脂的影响;采用16%聚氨酯和20%氮化硼改性环氧树脂胶粘剂后,环氧树脂修复桥梁混凝土裂缝后桥梁承载力更高.
Study on the Modification Effect of Epoxy Resin Adhesive Used in Bridge Concrete Crack Repair
In order to make the epoxy resin adhesive have proper viscosity,fluidity and controllability in the construction process,the modifica-tion effect of epoxy resin adhesive used in bridge concrete crack repair is analyzed from the aspects of mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.The polyurethane is used to change the mechanical properties of epoxy resin,and the addition of boron nitride is adopted to change the thermal con-ductivity of epoxy resin.The changes in mechanical performances of epoxy resin with different mass fractions of polyurethane are analyzed,as well as the changes in thermal conductivity of epoxy resin with different mass fractions of boron nitride.The test results show that when the amount of polyurethane is 16%,the modified epoxy resin has the highest tensile strength,compressive strength and shear strength,more uniform pore structure,and higher stress dispersion effect.When the amount of boron nitride is 20%,the thermal conductivity of modified epoxy resin is most suitable for modified epoxy resin,which can alleviate the influence of environment on epoxy resin.When 16%polyurethane and 20%boron nitride are used to modify epoxy resin adhesive,the bearing capacity of bridge is higher after the concrete cracks being repaired by epoxy resin.
