树脂催化合成叔十二碳硫醇的研究

叔十二碳硫醇是一种重要中间体.以四聚丙烯为原料,采用离子交换树脂(NKC-9)作为催化剂和硫化氢反应得到叔十二碳硫醇.实验考察了反应温度和压力对收率的影响,对比了全氟磺酸树脂催化结果.实验结果表明,离子交换树脂(NKC-9)是比全氟磺酸树脂更好的催化剂;循环5次实验后催化剂活性没有明显下降.最佳工艺条件:反应时间为24 h,压力为1.0 MPa,反应温度为80℃.反应转化率为76.1%,选择性为96.1%.
Synthesis of T-dodecylmercaptan Catalyzed by Ion Exchange Resin
T-dodecylmercaptan is confirmed as an important intermediate.The t-dodecylmercaptan is prepared by the reaction of ion exchange resin(NKC-9)which is used as catalyst with hydrogen sulfide,and the propylene tetramer is used as raw material.The effects of reaction temperature and pressure on the yield are investigated,and the catalytic results of Nafion-H are compared.The results show that the ion exchange resin(NKC-9)is a better catalyst than Nafion-H.The activity of catalyst does not decrease significantly after 5 cycles of experiment.The optimum process conditions are obtained as follows:the reaction time is 24 h,the pressure is 1.0 MPa,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃.The conversion rate is 76.1%and the se-lectivity is 96.1%.
