镀刷防腐镀层对化工设备防腐的影响研究

为了能够找出最佳的防腐镀层方案,降低化工设备在工业生产中的安全隐患,研究了镀刷防腐镀层对化工设备防腐的影响.以1045不锈钢作为防腐性能影响研究的基体材料,配制特殊镍溶液、工作镀液并将其涂刷到基体材料上,制备出镀刷防腐镀层.通过腐蚀浸泡实验和电化学实验评估防腐镀层在化工设备上的实际效果和性能.结果表明:相比基体,镀刷防腐镀层的单位面积腐蚀失重量增长较为缓慢,甚至在某些阶段趋于稳定,这反映了其良好的耐腐蚀性能.防腐镀层在整个腐蚀过程中都保持较低水平,且相对稳定.防腐镀层腐蚀后,存在轻微的腐蚀痕迹,但结构组织整体保持得相对完整.镀层后,腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度下降,说明耐蚀性能得到提升.
Research on the Influence of Brushing Anti-corrosion Coating on the Anti-corrosion of Chemical Equipment
In order to find the best anti-corrosion coating scheme and reduce the safety hazards of chemical equipment in industrial production,it is necessary to study the effect of brushing anti-corrosion coating on the anti-corrosion of chemical equipment.The 1045 stainless steel is used as the substrate material for this study on the influence of anti-corrosion performance,a special nickel solution and working plating solution are prepared and brushed onto the substrate material to prepare a brushed anti-corrosion coating.The actual effect and performance of anti-corrosion coatings on chemical equipment is evaluated through corrosion immersion experiments and electrochemical experiments.The results show that compared to the substrate,the corrosion weight loss per unit area of the brushed anti-corrosion coating increases relatively slowly,and even tends to stabilize at certain stages,which reflects its good corrosion resistance;The anti-corrosion coating should be maintained at a low level and relatively stable throughout the entire corrosion process.After brushing the anti-corrosion coating,there are slight corrosion traces,but the overall structure and organization remain relatively intact.After coating,the corrosion potential shifts forward and the self-corrosion current density decreases,indicating an improvement in corrosion resistance.
