Determination of Benzoic Acid,Sorbic Acid and Dehydroacetic Acid in Traditional Dairy Food by High-performance Liquid Chromatography
Due to the frequent occurrence of food safety issues, the use of preservatives in traditional dairy food has gradually attracted people's attentions. In order to achieve efficient determination and save determination costs, the study proposes to optimize the processing of dairy food samples for determination, and uses high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid, which are used as food additives in diary food, and determine the conditions of liquid chromatography. The results show that the ratio of mobile phase of the liquid chromatography to methanol+0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution is 5∶95,the pH value of ammonium acetate is not adjusted, and the UV detection wavelength is 230 nm.The average recovery rate of milk tofu, milk skin, and chewed milk is within the range of 90%to 100%.The relative standard deviation values of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid are all less than 5%.The determination precision of three kinds of preservative is high, and the accuracy is more than 90%,which can meet the requirements of national food safety standards.
