一种国产热塑性粘接材料的层压工艺研究

多层微带板的层压工艺是其生产的一个重要环节,层压工艺的好坏对多层微带板的品质起到了决定性的作用.研究了对标国外某粘结材料的国产热塑性粘接材料的熔点、流动性等性能,与国外产品相比,国产粘接材料的熔点较高,熔限更宽,流动性较大.根据国外粘接材料的层压结果分析,结合层压机的温度控制能力,优化得出国产粘接材料的层压参数.通过优化层压工艺制备的微带板的翘曲度(≤0.34%)、金属化孔质量、层间对位精度(≤79 μm)、湿热老化后的绝缘电阻均满足对应标准要求.
Analysis of Lamination Process for Home-made Thermoplastic Bonding Materials
The technology of laminating of multilayer PCB is very important in the manufacture.The technology of laminating determines quality of PCB.The melting point,fluidity and other properties of home-made thermoplastic bonding material are studied.Compared with the foreign brand,the home-made thermoplastic bonding material has higher melting point,wider melting limit and greater fluidity.According to the laminating results of the foreign product and the temperature control ability of the laminating machine,the laminating parameters of home-made bonding materials are optimized.The warpage degree(≤0.34%),metallized hole quality,interlayer alignment precision(≤79 μm)and insulation resistance after wet and heat aging of the microstrip plate prepared by optimized lamination process can meet the requirements of the corresponding standards.
