基于自燃防范的海底输气管道内腐蚀产物分析

为规避某海底输气管道清管收球作业过程中的硫铁化合物自燃风险,采用能谱仪、X射线衍射仪和微量热仪对该海底输气管道内腐蚀产物进行分析.结果表明,海底输气管道内腐蚀主要由H2S所致,所输送的天然气含H2S,在凝析水的存在下形成了H2S溶液,对海底输气管道造成腐蚀;海底输气管道内腐蚀产物主要为FeS和FeS2,自燃风险较高,而已发生自燃的内腐蚀产物在一定条件下仍有可能再次发生自燃.提出切实有效的预防措施,以防范硫铁化合物自燃事故的发生.
Analysis of Submarine Gas Pipeline Internal Corrosion Products Based on Spontaneous Combustion Prevention
In order to avoid the risk of ferrous sulfides spontaneous combustion during the pigging operation in the submarine gas pipeline,the internal corrosion products of this pipeline have been analyzed by means of energy disperse spectrometer,X-ray diffraction and micro calorimeter.The results show that the internal corrosion of submarine gas pipeline is mainly caused by H2S,nature gas transported through this pipeline contains H2S,and the H2S solution forms in the presence of condensate water,then leads to the corrosion for this pipeline;the major internal corrosion products of submarine gas pipeline is FeS and FeS2,which have higher risks of spontaneous combustion,the internal corrosion products which has spontaneously combusted still have the possibility of spontaneous combustion under certain conditions.Some effective preventive measures are proposed to prevent spontaneous combustion accidents of sulfur iron compounds.
