阻燃聚氨酯外墙保温板的界面粘接性能研究

为优化聚氨酯外墙保温板的界面粘接性能,使用发泡处理方法制备氧指数为30.6%的高阻燃聚氨酯外墙保温板,由强度级别是42.5普通硅酸盐水泥制备外墙混凝土试件后,在保温板与混凝土粘接层不同砂浆配比条件下、不同保温板界面开槽条件下,分析保温板界面粘接强度.试验结果显示:使用水泥60.1 g、胶粉0.76 g、有机硅1.51 g、水31 g制备粘接砂浆后,保温板、粘接砂浆、外墙混凝土试件粘接时,界面粘接强度在干燥、湿润、长时间干燥处理工况中均最高;对保温板粘接界面开6 mm深"#"型槽,此时高阻燃聚氨酯外墙保温板界面粘接强度最高,耗能因子最佳,粘接强度达145.79 kPa.
Research on the Interfacial Bonding Performance of Flame Retardant Polyurethane External Wall Insulation Board
In order to optimize the interfacial bonding performance of polyurethane external wall insulation board,a high flame retardant polyurethane external wall insulation board with an oxygen index of 30.6%is prepared by using a foaming treatment method.After preparing external wall concrete specimens with a strength grade of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement,the interfacial bonding strength of the insulation board is analyzed under the conditions of different mortar ratios and different interface slotting of the insulation board and concrete bonding layer.The experimental re-sults show that after preparing adhesive mortar with 60.1 g cement,0.76 g adhesive powder,1.51 g organic silicon,and 31 g water,the interfacial bonding strength of insulation board,adhesive mortar and external wall concrete specimens is the highest under dry,wet and long-term drying condi-tions;Slotting a"#"shaped groove with a depth of 6 mm at the bonding interface of the insulation board,and the high flame retardant polyurethane external wall insulation board has the highest bonding strength and the best energy dissipation factor,with a bonding strength of 145.79 kPa.
