摘要
医学教育涉及教育、卫生事业两个方面,地位重要,贡献独特,是高等教育中非常重要的一个领域.质量是医学教育的生命线,医学教育质量保障至关重要.近年来,越来越多的学者开始关注建立健全医学教育质量保障体系,以期培养符合人民群众卫生健康需求的医学人才.通过积极主动参与新一轮临床医学专业认证,加强医学院校内部质量保障机制,重视质量文化建设,构建具有自身特色的医学教育教学质量保障体系,培养服务地方的高质量医学人才,助力健康中国建设.
Abstract
Medical education is a very important field in higher education,which involves education and medical care.Quality is the"lifeline"of medical education,therefore ensuring the quality of medical education is crucial.Now,more and more scholars pay attention to how to assure high quality of higher medical education,meeting the requirements of current society for the health needs of clinical talents.By actively participating in the new round of clinical medical professional certification,strengthening the internal quality assurance of medical colleges and university,and emphasizing the construction of quality culture,we will consider and explore effective quality assurance strategies for medical education,build a medical education quality assurance system with our own characteristics,cultivate high-quality medical talents who serve the local community,and contribute to the construction of a healthy China.
