丹皮酚辅助rTMS治疗对缺血性卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响

摘要
目的 观察丹皮酚片辅助重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对缺血性卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响.方法 选取110 例缺血性卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组,每组 55 例.常规组予以常规方法联合rTMS治疗,联合组在常规组治疗基础上联合应用丹皮酚.比较两组的炎症指标、免疫功能、脑神经功能改善情况,以及认知功能、运动功能恢复情况.结果 治疗后,联合组的IL-6、IL-1β、CRP均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的CD4+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均高于常规组,CD8+/CD3+低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗 1 周后、4 周后,联合组的MMSE、MoCA、FMA、MBI评分均高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 丹皮酚片辅助rTMS治疗,能有效改善缺血性卒中患者的炎症反应、免疫功能及脑神经功能,对促进其认知功能、运动功能恢复均有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of salvianolic tablet assisted repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the recovery of neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 110 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in routine group were received routine treatment combined with rTMS treatment.The patients in combination group were treated with combination of paeonol tablets and rTMS.The inflammation indicators,immune function,brain nerve function,cognitive and motor function between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and CRP in the combination group were lower than those in the routine group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The expression levels of CD4+/CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in the combination group were higher than those in the routine group,while the expression levels of CD8+/CD3+were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The MMSE,MoCA scores,FMA,and MBI scores in the combined group after 1 and 4 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paeonol tablets assisted with rTMS improves effectively the inflammatory response,immune function,and neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke.
