两株海洋细菌新种的分离及BOX-PCR鉴定

对即墨海参养殖池及即墨盐场的底泥样本进行微生物的可培养研究,获得的两株细菌DQHS13与YCSA40,其与亲缘关系最近的模式菌株Marinobacter zhejiangensis及M.segnicrescers的16S rDNA序列相关性分别为98.789%和96.963%,初步判定为海杆菌属(Marinobacter)的新种.采用BOX-PCR技术分别对这些菌株与其亲缘关系最近的模式菌株进行比较,证实了它们与模式菌株之间DNA指纹图谱存在差异,为下一步的研究提供了一定帮助.
Isolation and BOX-PCR identification of two new species of marine bacteria
Two marine bacteria, DQHS13 and YCSA40, were isolated from sediment of sea cucumber farm and saltwoks in Jimo. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA gene sequences showed that strain DQHS13 and YCSA40 were probably new species of the genus Marinobacter, and it also showed that the previously known member of the genus Marinobacter zhejiangensis and M. Segnicrescens sp. Nov. Were the nearest neighbors to strain DQHS13 and YCSA40. The levels of sequence similarity between them are 98. 789% and 96.963%. BOX-PCR fingerprint showed the differences between the two strains and their type strains.
