摘要
中小企业是国家经济的重要组成部分,而涉海中小企业融资困境是推动海洋产业主体多元化、促进海洋经济高质量发展亟待解决的关键问题之一.英国、法国、德国、挪威等欧洲国家通过政策扶植、专业化管理、专项资金支持、产业平台孵化等手段为其涉海中小企业融资提供了广泛渠道和精准指导.通过分析和总结欧洲各国金融支持涉海中小企业的案例和经验,为我国进一步促进涉海中小企业发展提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important part of the national economy,and the financing dilemma of marine SMEs is one of the key issues that need to be solved urgently to promote the diversification of the marine industry and the high-quality development of the marine economy.The UK,France,Germany,Norway and other European countries have provided extensive channels and precise guidance for the financing of marine SMEs by means of policy support,professional management,special fund support and industrial platform incubation.This paper aims to analyze and summarize the case and experience of financial support for marine SMEs in European countries in order to provide useful reference for our country to further promote the development of marine SMEs.
