摘要
推动海洋产业高质量发展是实现海洋强国战略的必由之路.通过考察新型冠状病毒感染对海洋产业的影响,首先采用事件研究法评价了新型冠状病毒感染对海洋产业上市公司股票收益率的影响,其次以因子分析法直接评价了新型冠状病毒感染对海洋产业上市公司财务绩效的影响,并以wilcoxon符号秩检验对感染前后财务绩效动态变化的显著性进行检验.结果表明:2020年1月13日至2020年3月24日,海洋产业上市公司股票收益率受到了严重的负面影响,并且累计负面影响不断加剧.在海洋细分产业中,对海洋第三产业上市公司股票收益率的负面影响最为严重,对海洋第二产业上市公司股票收益率的累计负面影响最为严重.此外,新型冠状病毒感染对海洋产业上市公司财务绩效的负面影响呈现出阶段性特征,但主要集中在一季度,病毒感染后一季度海洋产业上市公司的盈利能力和综合财务绩效显著低于新型冠状病毒感染前.
Abstract
Promoting the high-quality development of marine industry is the only way to realize the strategy of becoming a marine power.The covid-19 impact on the marine industry is investigated.First,the event study method was used to evaluate the impact of the epidemic on the stock returns of the listed companies in the marine industry.Secondly,the factor analysis method was employed to directly assess the impact of the epidemic on the financial performance of the listed companies in marine industry,and the significance of the dynamic changes of financial performance before and after the epidemic was tested using the Wilcoxon signed rank test.The results show that the epidemic has had a serious negative impact on the stock return of listed companies in the marine industry from January 13,2020 to March 24,2020,and the cumulative negative impact is increasing.Among the marine sub industries,the negative impact of the epidemic on the stock return of listed companies in the marine tertiary industry is the most serious,and the cumulative negative impact on the stock return of listed companies in the marine secondary industry is the most serious.In addition,the negative impact of the covid-19 on the financial performance of listed companies in the marine industry showed phased characteristics,but were mainly concentrated in the first quarter.The profitability and comprehensive financial performance of listed companies in the marine industry in the first quarter after the epidemic were significantly lower than those before the epidemic.
