摘要
资源配置问题是海洋渔业发展的核心问题.合理配置海洋渔业资源,对于提高中国海洋渔业全要素生产率,促进中国海洋渔业发展具有重要意义.但现实中,资源错配问题常会发生.通过以中国海洋渔业上市企业为研究对象,对中国海洋渔业资源错配程度及其对全要素生产率的影响进行研究.研究表明:中国海洋渔业企业之间存在资源错配,且存在企业规模大小和全要素生产率高低背离的问题,生产要素在不同企业之间的配置效率没有达到最优状态.在位企业对行业总量全要素生产率增长的贡献为负值,这说明资源在中国海洋渔业企业间的配置效率较低,阻碍了行业总量全要素生产率的提高.
Abstract
Resource allocation is the core issue of marine fishery development.The rational allocation of marine fishery resources is of great significance for improving the total factor productivity and promoting the development of China's marine fishery.But in reality,the problems of resource misallocation often occurs.This paper takes Chinese listed companies in the marine fisheries industry as the research subject and investigates the mismatch degree of Chinese marine fishery resources allocation and its impact on total factor productivity.The results show that there is resource misallocation among Chinese marine fishery companies,and there is a deviation between firm size and total factor productivity.The allocation efficiency of production factors among different enterprises has not reached the optimal state.The contribution of incumbent enterprises to the growth of total factor productivity is negative,which indicates that low allocation efficiency of resources among Chinese marine fishery enterprises hinders the improvement of total factor productivity of the industry.
