沿海地区城市化与海洋生态环境耦合协调发展研究——以江苏省为例
Study on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Marine Ecological Environment in Coastal Areas:A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

摘要
面对城市化的快速推进,海洋生态环境形势严峻,研究城市化与海洋生态环境的关系对于实现全面协调可持续发展具有重要意义.通过构建城市化与海洋生态环境综合评价指标体系,运用灰色关联度模型和耦合协调度模型探究2006-2019年江苏省城市化与海洋生态环境系统的耦合因素、综合发展水平和耦合协调度的演变特征.结果表明:(1)经济城市化对海洋生态环境的胁迫较大,海洋生态环境状态对城市化的约束最显著.(2)在2006-2019年间,江苏省城市化综合发展水平稳步上升,年均增长率为17.8%;海洋生态环境综合发展水平整体波动较大,综合效益值增长幅度仅0.075,海洋生态环境质量较低.(3)2006-2019年江苏省城市化与海洋生态环境耦合协调度值介于0.456~0.825之间,年均增长率为4.7%,耦合协调度保持递增的趋势,并完成了从濒临失调到良好协调的转变.
Abstract
Facing the rapid advancement of urbanization and the severe form of marine ecological environment,it is of great significance to study the relationship between urbanization and marine ecological environment for realizing comprehensive,coordinated,and sustainable development.By constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization and marine ecological environment,the grey correlation model and the coupling coordination model are used to explore the coupling factors,comprehensive development level,and evolution characteristics of coupling coordination degree of urbanization and marine ecological environment system in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2019.The results show that:(1)economic urbanization has a greater threat to the marine ecological environment,and the state of marine ecological environment has the most significant constraint on urbanization.(2)From 2006 to 2019,the comprehensive development level of urbanization in Jiangsu Province increased steadily,with an average annual growth rate of 17.8%;The overall fluctuation of the comprehensive development level of the marine ecological environment was significant,with a small increase in the comprehensive benefit value of only 0.075,indicating a low quality of the marine ecological environment.(3)From 2006 to 2019,the coupling coordination degree of urbanization and the marine ecological environment in Jiangsu Province ranged from 0.456 to 0.825,with an average annual growth rate of 4.7%.The coupling coordination degree maintained an increasing trend,and completed the transformation from near-disarray to well-coordinated.
