摘要
在陆域资源日益趋紧的现实约束和创新驱动的战略背景下,合理布局海洋产业以助力区域创新发展对沿海地区显得尤为重要.在理论分析的基础上,以2003-2019年11个沿海地区作为研究区域,利用系统GMM方法估计动态面板模型,实证检验海洋产业集聚对沿海地区创新水平的影响效果.研究表明,总体而言,我国海洋产业集聚可以有效带动沿海地区创新水平的提高;细分集聚模式下,沿海地区创新发展主要得益于多样化集聚,专业化集聚效应不明显.进一步研究表明,不同海洋产业集聚模式对沿海地区创新发展的影响效果与市场化水平有着密切关系.相关结论有助于重新认识和评价海洋产业集聚在沿海地区创新发展中的作用,对于实现集聚格局具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
Under the realistic constraint of tightening land resources and the strategic context of innovation-driven development,the reasonable layout of marine industry to contribute to regional innovation development is particularly important for coastal areas.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper empirically examines the effect of marine industry agglomeration on the innovation level of coastal areas using a dynamic panel model estimated by systematic GMM with 11 coastal areas as the research regions from 2003 to 2019.The study shows that,in general,marine industry agglomeration in China can effectively lead to the improvement of the innovation level in coastal areas;under the segmented agglomeration model,the innovation development in coastal areas mainly benefits from diversified agglomeration,while the effect of specialized agglomeration is not significant.Further research shows that the effect of different marine industry agglomeration patterns on the innovation development of coastal areas is closely related to the level of marketisation.The relevant conclusions have implications for reevaluating and assessing of the role of marine industry agglomeration in the innovative development of coastal areas,and subsequently achieving a more consensual pattern of agglomeration.
