全球海洋遗产发展趋势与对我国影响研析

摘要
海洋世界遗产是获得国际认可的具有全球重要价值的海洋保护区域,以其独特的生态、生物多样性、地质形态及文化特征彰显着海洋的自然与文化魅力.海洋遗产是当今遗产领域新兴关注点,全球已有50处世界遗产地入选世界遗产海洋计划,但我国至今未有一项.本文通过分析海洋世界遗产的现状与发展趋势,探讨了我国海洋遗产保护与申报存在的问题,提出了我国未来申报海洋世界遗产的发展建议,以期为深入参与全球海洋治理实践提供参考.
Abstract
Marine world heritage is an internationally recognized marine protection area with global important value.It shows the natural and cultural charm of the ocean with its unique ecology,biodiversity,geological form,and cultural characteristics.Marine heritage is an emerging concern in the field of heritage.50 world heritage sites have been selected into the World Heritage Marine Programme,but there is no one in China so far.By analyzing the current situation and development trend of marine world heritage,this paper discusses the problems existing in the protection and declaration of marine heritage in China,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of China's future declaration of marine world heritage,in order to provide reference for in-depth participation in the practice of global marine governance.
