高等院校是连接学校和社会的关键过渡阶段,大学生是经济社会发展的重要人才支撑,对其开展科学文化素养和理想信念教育尤为重要.专业档案馆具备档案属性、专业属性和文化属性,系统记录专业领域的科研和管理工作,具有文化传播和爱国主义教育基地职能,开展各专业领域知识与文化宣传教育是其应有之义.文章从探讨专业档案馆的文化教育和文化传播职能出发,阐述中国海洋档案馆开展海洋文化宣教工作的基础条件,从海洋文化教育与传播的原创路径、人才队伍路径、精神路径、传播路径和应用路径等方面进行探索,总结经验做法和实现路径,供业内参考借鉴.
Exploration and Practice of Marine Culture Education and Transmission Path for College Students in Specialized Archives
Colleges and universities are the key stage of transition connecting schools and society.Since college students are important talents supporting the economic and social development,it is necessary to promote science literacy and awareness among them.Specialized archives have ar-chival,professional and cultural attributes,and can systematically record scientific research and management work in professional fields.As a base for cultural dissemination and patriotic edu-cation,specialized archives contribute to the promotion and education of knowledge and culture in various fields.Starting from the discussion of the cultural education and cultural transmission functions of specialized archives,the paper expounds the basic conditions for the marine culture education work of China Marine Archives,explores the original creation path,talent team path,spiritual path,transmission path and application path of marine culture education and transmis-sion,and summarizes the experience and realization paths for reference in the industry.
