中国式现代化视域下加快建设海洋强国的路径选择

摘要
加快建设海洋强国是实现社会主义现代化强国的必由之路,是实现中华民族伟大复兴奋斗目标的必然要求,海洋强国战略充分彰显了中国式现代化的重要内涵与本质特征.加快建设海洋强国是顺应新时代国内国际两个大局发展趋势、实现中国式现代化的关键一步.文章以中国式现代化为视角,通过梳理加快建设海洋强国的理论逻辑、历史逻辑与现实逻辑,分析当前制约加快海洋强国建设的三对重点关系,提出以中国式现代化全面推进海洋强国建设的实践路径.
Abstract
Speeding uo the construction of a strong maritime power is a surest way to realize the building of great socialist modernization country and an inevitable requirement to realize the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the strategy of a strong marine power fully manifests the important connotation and essential features of Chinese-style modernization.Ac-celerating the construction of a strong marine country is a key step to comply with the develop-ment trend of the two major domestic and international situations in the new era and realize Chi-nese-style modernization.From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,this paper ana-lyzes the theoretical,historical and practical logic of accelerating the construction of a strong marine power,analyzes the three key relationships that restrict the acceleration of the construc-tion of a maritime marine power,and puts forward a practical path to comprehensively promote the construction of a strong maritime power with Chinese-style modernization.
