Study on the Overall Utilization of Marine Spatial Resources in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi
In view of the in tense contradictions in the development and utilization of marine space resources in the Beibu Gulf,a sea area of Guangxi, this study comprehensively analyzes the conflicts arising from various development and utilization activities,as well as those between development, utilization, and ecological protection. This analysis is conducted from three per-spectives:two-dimensional plane compatibility in sea area management,three-dimensional lay-ered feasibility of rights confirmation, and four-dimensional time division coordination. The study explores the optimal allocation scheme for two-dimensional,three-dimensional,and four-dimensional sea use space and time sequence, and proposes a principle for determining the prior-ity of sea use functions. The research findings are highly instrumental in guiding territorial space planning, particularly the marine component, and various industries with specialized sea plan-ning.These results have been widely applied, effectively fostering the intensive, economical, and coordinated utilization of marine space resources in the Beibu Gulf.In the subsequent stages of ocean space resources management, continuous breakthroughs are necessary in policy system optimization, coordination mechanism construction, scientific and technological innovation, and other areas to promote the sustainable development of Guangxi's marine economy.
