摘要

实现"双碳"目标和推进乡村振兴战略是新时代中国式现代化建设的重要主题.当前,海岛渔村生态"双碳"政策实施面临各种挑战和机遇,舟山立足"海岛+乡村",全面探索低碳农业与低碳乡村的可持续发展路径.文章利用熵值法对舟山海岛乡村碳排放量的影响因素进行研究.结果发现:要素层中按照顺序排列为制造业、水产养殖、民宿、畜禽养殖、交通出行、其他服务业、农耕种植、生活用电.准则层按顺序排列乡村产业、农业产业、居民生活.因此,不同区域特点以及农村社会经济发展和生活方式的变化,导致碳排放量也会随之不同.最后,提出若干海岛乡村碳排放未来发展策略.

Abstract

Realizing the goal of"double carbon"and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization is an important theme of Chinese modernization in the new era.At present,the implementation of ecological dual-carbon policy in island fishing villages faces various challenges and opportuni-ties.Zhoushan is based on"island and countryside"to comprehensively explore the sustainable development path of low-carbon agriculture and low-carbon countryside.In this paper,entropy method is used to study the influencing factors of rural carbon emissions on Zhoushan Island.The results show that:in the element layer,manufacturing industry,aquaculture,residential accommodation,livestock and poultry breeding,transportation,other service industries,farm-ing and planting,and domestic electricity consumption are ranked in order.The criterion layer ranks rural industry,agricultural industry,and resident life in order.Therefore,different re-gional characteristics,as well as changes in rural social and economic development and lifestyle,lead to different carbon emissions.Finally,some strategies are put forward for island villages carbon emissions development.
