协同治理视域下的高中生涯教育数字化转型

摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展和考试招生制度的改革,学生及家长对高中生涯教育的需求与日俱增,但当前高中生涯教育面临教师队伍短缺、教学方法单一、教育资源分布不均等突出矛盾.充分利用现代信息技术手段,探索构建线上与线下相结合的高中生涯教育课程教学组织形态,推进高中生涯教育从单一的学校供给向学校与社会相结合的供给方式转变,是破解当前高中生涯教育面临的主要矛盾的有效途径.高中生涯教育数字化转型需多方协同:政府行政部门要梳理、整合和规范高中生涯教育课程教学内容体系;教育平台要推进高中生涯教育教学资源共建共享,开发与建设高中生涯教育在线课程资源;高中学校要创新高中生涯教育课程教学组织形态,构建需求导向的个性化的高中生涯教育指导与服务体系.转变传统的高中生涯教育管理模式,建设专兼结合的高中生涯教育教师队伍,提升高中教师数字化教学能力,是高中生涯教育数字化转型落地的关键.
Abstract
With the development of China's economy and society and the reform of the examination and enrollment system,the demand for high school career education from students and parents is increasing day by day.However,current high school career education fac-es prominent contradictions such as a shortage of teachers,a single teaching method,and uneven distribution of educational resources.Fully utilizing modern information technology means,exploring the construction of a combination of online and offline teaching organi-zational forms for high school career education courses,and promoting the transformation of high school career education from a single school supply to a supply mode that combines schools and society,is an effective way to solve the main contradiction faced by current high school career education.The digital transformation of high school career education requires multi-party collaboration.The govern-ment administrative departments should sort out,integrate,and standardize the teaching content system of high school career education curriculum.The education platforms should promote the co-construction and sharing of teaching resources for high school career edu-cation,and develop and construct online course resources for high school career education.High schools should innovate the organiza-tional form of high school career education curriculum and build a demand oriented personalized high school career education guid-ance and service system.The key to the digital transformation of high school career education is to transform the traditional manage-ment mode of high school career education,build a team of high school career education teachers that combines full-time and part-time teaching,and enhance the digital teaching ability of high school teachers.
