摘要
红色校史文化是由一所所学校在与中国共产党风雨同舟、共同成长过程中汇集而成的现实育人资源.学校创建的光荣史、名师从教的奉献史、学科专业的发展史、杰出校友的奋斗史等,为"三全育人"工作提供了丰富的养料和生动的素材.红色校史文化是大学生坚定理想信念、厚植爱国情怀、砥砺红色品格、凝聚奋斗伟力的"源头活水".高校要想抓好红色校史文化育人工作,就必须做到:明导向——在育情、育志、育行上下功夫;促转化——在强化、深化、优化上下功夫;强环体——在日常、经常、平常上下功夫;重质效——在落实、落细、落小上下功夫.
Abstract
The red school history and culture is a practical education resource which is gathered by a school in the process of growing up together with the Communist Party of China.The glorious history of the school,the history of the dedication of the famous teachers,the history of the development of the discipline and the history of the struggle of the outstanding alumni,etc.have provided rich nourish-ment and vivid materials for the work of the"three-comprehensive-education".The red school history and culture is the"source of liv-ing water"for college students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,to cultivate their patriotic feelings,to sharpen their red character,and to gather there great efforts.If colleges and universities want to do a good job in the education of red school history and culture,they should do these things:Clear orientation,putting effort into cultivating aspirations,and behaviors;Promoting transformation,put-ting effort into strengthening,deepening and optimizing;Strong daily ring,putting effort into daily,regular and everyday activities,and emphasizing quality and efficiency,putting effort into implementation,refinement and trivialities.
