摘要
乡村振兴离不开创新驱动,构建乡村创新系统是推进乡村全面振兴和可持续发展的内在要求和重要着力点.借助行动者网络理论对乡村创新系统构建的动力机制进行研究,结果发现,乡村创新系统构建的过程就是由人类行动者和非人类行动者联结为异质行动者网络的过程,即异质行动者需要不断通过强制通行点转译其各自不同的利益和问题,征召和动员可利用的一切创新要素,形成稳固的利益联盟,从而实现乡村创新系统的良性运行.乡村创新系统构建的动力机制研究能为乡村高质量发展和加快形成新质生产力提供有益启示.
Abstract
The rural revitalization cannot be separated from innovation-driven,and the construction of rural innovation system is an in-herent requirement and an important focus for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and high-quality rural development.Based on the actor network theory,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of rural innovation system construction,and finds that the pro-cess of rural innovation system construction is a process in which human actors and non-human actors are connected into heteroge-neous actor networks,that is,heterogeneous actors need to constantly translate their different interests and problems through forced crossing points.And we need to recruit and mobilize all the available innovation elements to build the benefit alliance of the actor net-work system so as to realize the benign operation of the rural innovation system.At the same time,the research of the driving mecha-nism of rural innovation system construction will provide beneficial enlightenment for the high quality development and new quality pro-ductivity development.
