摘要
深入探讨用人单位即雇主对高校毕业生满意度评价的影响因素,对于推动产教融合和高等教育评价改革、促进毕业生就业等均具有重要的理论价值和实践意义.基于调查数据的二元逻辑回归、多元线性回归和机器学习模型回归的分析结果显示:毕业生的职业发展潜力、实际发挥作用、能力与岗位匹配度是影响雇主满意度评价的第一层级的三大主要因素;工作稳定性、主动性与进取精神、思想政治觉悟、个人基本素养、学历与岗位匹配度、开拓创新精神、学历层次等则是影响雇主满意度评价的第二层级的七大因素.为提升雇主对高校毕业生的满意度,政府应不断完善产教融合、供需对接相关政策;高校应进一步强化需求导向,着力培养雇主需要的有用人才;毕业生应努力以自身能力、态度和业绩赢得雇主更大的满意度.
Abstract
An in-depth exploration of the factors influencing employers'satisfaction ratings of college graduates holds significant theo-retical value and practical significance for advancing the integration of industry and education,reforming the evaluation of higher edu-cation,and promoting graduates'employment.Based on the results of binary logistic regression,multiple linear regression,and ma-chine learning model regression analysis of survey data,the three main factors affecting employer satisfaction are graduates'potential for career development,actual performance,and the match between graduates'abilities and job requirements.The seven secondary fac-tors affecting employer satisfaction are job stability,initiative and entrepreneurship,political and ideological awareness,basic personal qualities,degree-job match,spirit of innovation,and educational level.To enhance employers'satisfaction with college graduates,the government should continually refine policies related to the integration of industry and education and the alignment of supply and de-mand.And universities should further strengthen demand orientation and focus on cultivating the talents needed by employers,and the graduates should strive to earn greater satisfaction from employers through their abilities,attitudes and achievements.
