摘要

对照教育部有关社会实践一流本科课程建设的内涵,结合旅游管理专业综合性、应用性与实践性强的特征,以衡阳师范学院国家级一流本科课程"旅游管理专业综合实践"为例,从课程主题与目标体系设计、课程模块与内容体系构建、课程模式与教学方法创新等三方面,阐述高校旅游管理专业社会实践课程建设的思路,介绍"传承文化基因,助力乡村旅游"的综合实践课程主题和"能力导向、任务驱动下的三段式"教学模式,为旅游管理专业人才培养和社会实践一流本科课程建设提供参考.

Abstract

According to the connotation of the Ministry of Education's construction of the first-class undergraduate courses in social practice,combined with the comprehensive,applied and practical professional characteristics of tourism management,this paper takes Hengyang Normal University's national first-class undergraduate course"Comprehensive Practice of Tourism Management"as an ex-ample.From the three aspects of curriculum theme and target system design,curriculum module and content system construction,cur-riculum model and teaching method innovation,this paper expounds the ideas of social practice course construction for tourism manage-ment majors in colleges and universities,and introduces the comprehensive practical course theme of"inheriting cultural genes to help rural tourism"and the teaching mode of"competence-oriented and task-driven three-stage".This research can provide reference for the cultivation of tourism management professionals and the construction of the first-class undergraduate courses in social practice.
