摘要
深化区域经济协同发展动态评估与对比分析,对于推动区域协同发展、加强互动合作都具有深远的战略意义与实践价值.因此,本文以湘赣边为研究对象,基于县域尺度,选取 2000-2020年的面板数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA模型),系统性地对该区域进行时空演化与空间对比分析.研究结果表明:①湘赣边区域经济协同发展水平先降后升,经济协同发展自2010年下降至最低水平后逐步上升,且在研究末期恢复到研究初期水平.②湘赣边区域经济协同发展水平区域差异显著,西北部和东南部经济协同发展水平高于东北部和西南部.③湖南边区的经济协同发展展现出较强的增长动力,相较于江西边区,其产业结构优化和产业规模增长起到了决定性作用.基于此,本文针对性地提出优化建议,旨在加速推进湘赣边区域经济协同的深度与广度.
Abstract
Deepening the dynamic assessment and comparative analysis of regional economic collaboration and development holds profound strategic significance and practical value for promoting collaborative growth and reinforcing interactive cooperation among regions.Con-sequently,this paper takes the Hunan-Jiangxi border region as its research subject,adopting a county-level perspective and employing panel data spanning from 2000 to 2020.Utilizing Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)methodology,a systematic examination of the region's spatiotemporal evolution and spatial comparative analysis is conducted.The results show that:①The level of economic collaboration and development in the Hunan-Jiangxi border region initially declined before rebounding.After reaching its lowest point in 2010,it gradually rose and restored to its initial level by the end of the study period.②There is a notable disparity in the level of economic collaboration and development across the region,with the northwest and southeast exhibiting higher levels compared to the northeast and southwest.③The Hunan border region demonstrates stronger growth dynamics in terms of economic collaboration,with its industrial structure optimization and expansion in industry scale playing a decisive role compared to the Jiangxi border region.Based on these insights,the paper puts forward targeted recommendations aiming at accelerating the depth and breadth of economic collaboration within the Hunan-Jiangxi border region.
