高校体育教师参与中小学体育"互助团队":新要求、新模式与新路向
On Participation of Physical Education Teachers in Mutual Aid Teams for Primary and Secondary School Physical Education:New Requirements,New Models and New Directions

摘要
在基础体育教学探索中,高校体育教师的赋权增能既是化解基础体育教学困境的有益尝试,更是其参与中小学体育"互助团队"的重要抓手.基于新要求、新模式、新路向三重维度对高校体育教师参与中小学体育"互助团队"进行研究.研究认为:从"运动技能的传授者"转向"体育健康的教育者",从"教学任务的落实者"转向"教学目标的设计者",从"课堂教学的主导者"转向"课堂教学的指导者",从"学习成绩的评定者"转向"身心健康的促进者",是高校体育教师参与中小学体育"互助团队"面临的新要求.其新模式主要体现在:注重体育教学学练赛一体化发展,推进结构化体育教学整体设计,构建体育教学多维度评价体系以及创生体育教学多层次保障基础.提出新路向:通过重视整体布局、强化培训质量、构建评价体系、完善基础保障,为"互助团队"可持续发展锚定航向、注入动能、守住航道和保驾护航.
Abstract
In the exploration of basic physical education teaching,the empowerment of college physical education teachers is not only a useful attempt to solve the dilemmas of basic physical education teaching,but also an important element to participate in the model of mutual aid teams in basic physical education teaching.The study examines the participation of college physical education teachers in mutual aid teams for primary and secondary school physical education teaching based on the three dimensions of new requirements,new modes and new directions.The study concludes that it is a new requirement for college physical education teachers to participate in mutual aid teams for primary and secondary school physical education to shift from"the transmitter of sports skills"to"the educator of physical education and health",from"the implementer of teaching tasks"to"the designer of teaching objectives",and from"the teacher of physical education"to"the educator of physical education".The new model is mainly embodied in the following:focusing on the integrated development of physical education teaching,promoting the overall design of structured physical education teaching,constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system of physical education teaching,and creating a multi-level guarantee foundation for physical education teaching.A new direction is proposed that we should anchor the course,inject momentum,guard the waterway,and safeguard the sustainable development of the mutual aid teams by emphasizing overall layout,strengthening the quality of training,constructing an evaluation system,and improving the basic guarantee.
