The current academic research on Qi shows a good trend overall,but there are still some issues worth further discussion.Firstly,it is the concept of Qi.The meaning of Qi is very rich and diverse,and cannot be understood in a single way.Secondly,it is the relationship between Qi and morality.The core issue in the study of Qi is how the material and natural meanings of Qi can be compati-ble with moral meanings.Thirdly,it is the issue of the independence of Qi studies.The academic community holds different positions towards the independence of Qi studies,the underlying reasons require further analysis.Fourthly,it is the issue of school division in Qi studies.Due to the complexity of the concept of Qi,the academic community holds different views on the attribution of Qi schools and the division of internal forms,which requires further consideration.These four issues are logically closely related,not only as a break-ing point for grasping the overall situation of the research of Qi studies in the current academic community,but also as an important ba-sis forjudging whether Qi studies has the nature of independence.
