摘要

高校教育实践教学特指师范类专业的教育见习、教育实习和教育研习,是师范类专业认证考查的重点,其质量必须通过内部监控得到有效保障.对照师范类专业认证要求,高校在教育实践教学内部监控方面还存在监控环节缺失、监控力量薄弱、监控方式单一、评价方式不科学、评价结果未得到有效利用等问题,应聚焦毕业要求的达成,加大改革力度,做到健全机制、全过程监控、有效评价、持续改进,提升人才培养质量.

Abstract

The education practice teaching in colleges refers to the education probation,education practice and education study of nor-mal majors,which is the focus of the accreditation and examination of normal majors,and its quality must be effectively guaranteed through internal monitoring.Compared with the requirements of normal specialty accreditation,there are still problems in the internal monitoring of college education practice teaching,such as lack of monitoring links,weak monitoring strength,single monitoring meth-od,unscientific evaluation method,and ineffective use of evaluation results.It is necessary to focus on the achievement of graduation re-quirements,increase reform efforts,and achieve sound mechanism,whole-process monitoring,effective evaluation and continuous im-provement in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
