摘要

蔡氏混沌信号源的频谱特性宽且易于实现,在保密通信系统中得到了广泛应用.针对实际工程应用中难于调节其频谱范围,本文仅使用电阻、电容和运算放大器三种基本元件设计了一款蔡氏混沌信号源.首先分析了蔡氏混沌电路的组成和状态方程,对其状态方程进行了无量纲化处理;采用双运算放大器实现分段线性电阻,分析了其伏安特性;使用模拟有源电感替代了普通电感,拓宽了输出信号的频谱范围,并给出了调整有源模拟电感大小的方法;其次通过研究蔡氏方程的动力学特性,给出了电路参数的选择方法;最后设计并制作了一款频谱范围约为0~100 kHz的蔡氏混沌信号源,通过调节电路的可调电阻,能生成稳定周期信号和混沌信号.设计方法可为设计不同频谱需求的蔡氏混沌信号源提供参考.

Abstract

Chua's chaotic signal source has been widely used in secure communication systems because its wide spectral characteristic and is easy to implement.In response to the challenge of adjusting its spectral range in practical engineering applications,this paper designs a Chua's chaotic signal source that only uses three basic components:resistors,capacitors and operational amplifiers.Firstly,the composition and state equations of Chua's chaotic circuit are analyzed,and the state equations are dimensionless-processed.A dual operational amplifier is used to realize a piece-wise linear resistor,and its current-voltage characteristics are analyzed.An analog active inductor is used to replace the ordinary inductor,which broadens the bandwidth of the output signal,and a method for adjusting the size of the active analog inductor is provided.Secondly,by studying the dynamical characteristics of the Chua's equations,a method for selecting circuit parameters is given.Finally,a Chua's chaotic signal source with a spectral range of approximately 0-100 kHz is designed and implemented,and by adjusting the tunable resistors in the circuit,stable periodic and chaotic signals can be generated.This method provides a reference for designing Chua's chaotic signal sources with different spectral requirements.
