摘要

本文以2,3-环碳酸甘油酯甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸类单体为原料,通过乳液聚合制备环碳酸酯乳液,再与多元胺固化剂反应制备得到水性非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU).对NIPU的结构进行红外光谱分析,并对水性NIPU膜进行性能测试,结果表明在最佳工艺条件下制备的水性NIPU膜具有良好的吸水性能和力学性能.

Abstract

The aqueous cyclic carbonate was prepared by means of emulsion polymerization techniques,using 2,3-cyclic glyceryl carbonate methacrylate(PCMA)and acrylic monomers.The aqueous nonisocynate polyurethane(NIPU)was synthesized by the aqueous cyclic carbonate and diethylenetriamine.The structures of NIPU were characterized by FTIR.The product was characterized by water absorption and mechanical performance test.The results showed that the NIPU film had excellent mechanical performance and the absorbent capacity is absorption of water.
