基于石墨烯修饰玻碳电极(GR/GCE)构建了一种新型灵敏的间二硝基苯(m-DNB)电化学传感器,研究了m-DNB在该传感器上的电化学行为.与裸GCE相比,m-DNB在GR/GCE上出现两个灵敏的还原峰,表明GR/GCE对m-DNB有较好的电催化活性且该过程是一个还原不可逆过程.在最佳实验条件下,还原峰电流与m-DNB浓度在0.08~100 μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9975),检出限(LOD)为 0.075 μmol/L(S/N=3).此外,GR/GCE对m-DNB的测定具有良好的稳定性、重现性、选择性和较高的灵敏度,能应用于实际水样中m-DNB的快速检测.

Abstract

A novel and sensitive electrochemical sensor for m-dinitrobenzene(m-DNB)has been developed based on a graphene-modified glassy carbon electrode(GR/GCE).The electrochemical behavior of m-DNB on this sensor was studied.Compared with a bare GCE,m-DNB exhibited two sensitive reduction peaks on the GR/GCE,indicating that GR/GCE possesses superior electrocatalytic activity for m-DNB and that the process is an irreversible reduction.Under optimal experimental conditions,the reduction peak current exhibited a good linear relationship with the m-DNB concentration in the range of 0.08 to 100 μmol/L(R2=0.9975),with a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.075 μmol/L at a signal-to-noise ratio(S/N)of 3.Furthermore,the GR/GCE sensor demonstrated excellent stability,reproducibility,selectivity,and high sensitivity for the determination of m-DNB,making it suitable for rapid detection of m-DNB in real water samples.
