摘要

为探讨静观自我关怀训练干预乡村留守初中生社交外表焦虑的效果及其作用机制,本研究采用随机对照设计,实验组35名乡村留守初中生接受了为期8周的静观自我关怀训练,对照组32名留守初中生不接受实验干预.对被试的社交外表焦虑、特质静观、自我接纳和相貌负面评价进行前后测评估.结果显示:(1)实验组的社交外表焦虑和相貌负面评价的后测得分显著下降,而特质静观和自我接纳的后测得分显著提高.(2)特质静观、自我接纳、社交外表焦虑、相貌负面评价之间存在显著的相关性.(3)特质静观对社交外表焦虑的总效应、直接效应都显著;自我接纳的中介效应显著.本研究证明静观自我关怀训练可以有效地缓解乡村留守初中生的社交外表焦虑:静观自我关怀训练通过提高特质静观水平,直接影响社交外表焦虑,也可通过自我接纳的中介作用间接影响社交外表焦虑,这是静观自我关怀训练干预社交外表焦虑的作用机制.

Abstract

The current study aimed to explore the effectiveness and functional mechanism of mindfulness-based self-compassion training(MBSCT)on social appearance anxiety(SAA)in rural left-behind junior high school students(RLBJHSS).A randomized controlled trial design was used.35 RLBJHSS in experimental group received an eight-week MBSCT,and 32 RLBJHSS in control group did not receive the intervention.Pre-and post tests were conducted to assess SAA,trait mindfulness,self-acceptance,and negative facial evaluation.The results showed that:(1)The post-test scores of SAA and negative facial evaluation in the experimental group significantly decreased,while the post-test scores of trait mindfulness and self-acceptance significantly increased.(2)The correlations between SAA,trait mindfulness,self-acceptance,and negative facial evaluation were significant.(3)The total and direct effects of trait mindfulness on SAA were significant,the mediating effect of self-acceptance between trait mindfulness and SAA was significant.The current study suggests that MBSCT can effectively alleviate SAA in RLBJHSS.MBSCT directly affects SAA by enhancing trait mindfulness levels and can also indirectly affect SAA through the mediating role of self-acceptance which reveals the functional mechanism of MBSCT on SAA.
