摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析法等研究方法,梳理湖南省本科院校高水平运动队发展历程,剖析现实困境并提出发展路径.湖南省本科院校高水平运动队经历了初步探索期、快速发展期、稳步上升期、高质量发展期4个阶段.发展困境:湖南省本科院校高水平运动队存在发展目标不明确、"学训矛盾"未改善、组织管理不健全、运动项目发展不均衡等问题.发展路径:统筹规划——制定多层次、多阶段、多维度发展目标;科学训练——协调"学训"关系,提高训练整体质量;系统管理——构建教学、训练、竞赛深度融合的体系;多措并举——打造湖南特色高校高水平体育赛事体系.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature,logical analysis and other research methods,the development history of high-level sports teams in undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province is analyzed,and the realistic dilemma is analyzed and the development path is proposed.The high-level sports teams of undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province have experienced four stages:initial exploration,rapid development,steady rise and high-quality development.Development dilemma:High-level sports teams of undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province have problems such as ambiguous development goals,unimproved"learning and training contradictions",unsound organization and management,and unbalanced development of sports programs.Development path:Overall planning,to formulate multi-level,multi-stage,multi-dimensional development goals;Scientific training,to coordinate the relationship between"learning and training"and improve the overall quality of training;Systematic management,building a system that deeply integrates teaching,training and competition;Multi-pronged approach,to create a high-level sports event system for colleges and universities with Hunan characteristics.
