东海某气田天然气黏度实验及计算模型评价研究

天然气黏度是采油工艺和地面集输工艺设计中重要的基础物性参数之一.在某气田的勘探发现中,探井气体的组分相差较大,其中重组分和非烃CO2 的存在使得气体的黏度普遍增大.为此,采用实验分析的方法探讨了影响黏度的主要因素,并以实验数据为基础,采用ASPEN HYSYS软件分析评价了PR和SRK等 10种状态方程对黏度的预测精度.结果表明:压力、温度和气体组分是影响天然气样品黏度的重要影响因素,其中压力和气体组分中的重烃组分含量对黏度的影响较大.相同温度条件下,随着压力的增加,气体的黏度逐渐增加;相同压力条件下,随着温度的增加,气体的黏度逐渐减小;当压力小于 20 MPa时,可以忽略温度对于气体黏度的影响.SRK状态方程的平均相对误差与最大相对误差均最小,是计算该气田天然气黏度的首选方法,可以满足地面工程设计的需要.
Study on Natural Gas Viscosity Experiment and Calculation Model Evaluation of a Gas Field in East China Sea
Natural gas viscosity is one of the important basic physical property parameters in the design of oil production and surface gathering and transportation technology.In the exploration of a gas field,there is significant variation in the composition of wellbore gas,and the presence of heavy components and non-hydrocarbon CO2 generally increases the gas viscosity.Therefore,the main factors affecting viscosity were discussed by experimental analysis.Based on the experimental data,ASPEN HYSYS software was used to evaluate the predictive accuracy of 10 state equations such as PR and SRK on viscosity.The results indicate that pressure,temperature,and gas composition are significant factors affecting the viscosity of natural gas samples,among which pressure and the content of heavy hydrocarbon components in gas components have great influence on viscosity.Under the same temperature condition with the increase of pressure,the viscosity of the gas increases gradually.Under the same pressure condition with the increase of temperature,the viscosity of the gas gradually decreases.When the pressure is less than 20 MPa,the effect of temperature on gas viscosity can be neglected.The average relative error and maximum relative error of the SRK state equation are both minimum,which is the preferred method for calculating the viscosity of natural gas in the gas field and can meet the requirements for surface engineering design.
