海上油田某区块应用水力压裂技术机理及效果研究

海上油田某区块水力压裂的技术应用欠缺压裂机理及开发规律分析评价.通过对水力压裂原理分析建立低渗压裂裂缝起裂模型,运用真三轴水力压裂试验装置进行直井水力压裂模拟试验,并在海上A区块进行现场应用,对压裂效果进行评价.结果表明:流体黏度越高裂缝起裂排量越小,起裂排量与地层破裂压力梯度呈线性正相关,射孔深度越深、射孔角度越小,裂缝起裂排量越高;在压裂工艺参数上采用孔密 16孔/米的单螺旋(45°)射孔方式、注入流体黏度为 30~40 mPa∙s、注入排量为2.7 m3/min时起裂效果较佳;A区块 4口压裂井实现平均单井日增油 23%.该研究为水力压裂技术在海上油田区块应用提供了理论支撑.
Research on the Mechanism and Effect of Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Applied in a Block of Offshore Oil Fields
The application of hydraulic fracturing technology in a certain block of offshore oil fields lacks of fracturing mechanism analysis and development laws evaluation.A low-permeability fracturing fracture initiation model was established by analyzing the principles of hydraulic fracturing.A true triaxial hydraulic fracturing test device was used to conduct vertical well hydraulic fracturing simulation tests,and on-site application was carried out in offshore Block A to evaluate the fracturing effect.The results show that the higher the fluid viscosity,the smaller the fracture initiation displacement.The fracture initiation displacement is linearly positively correlated with the formation fracture pressure gradient.The deeper the perforation depth and the smaller the perforation angle,the higher the fracture initiation displacement.The optimal fracturing effect is achieved when the single spiral(45°)perforation method with a hole density of 16 holes/m,the injected fluid viscosity of 30~40 mPa∙s,and the injection flow rate of 2.7 m3/min are used in the fracturing process parameters.Four fracturing wells in Block A achieved 23%increase in average oil production per well per day.This study provides theoretical support for the application of hydraulic fracturing technology in offshore oilfield blocks.
