"堵/调/驱"一体化提高采收率实验研究——以渤海Q油田为例

为实现海上油田高效开发,该文针对渤海油藏环境,利用布什黏度计、扫描电镜和岩心驱替装置等开展了封堵体系优选、调驱体系基本性能和驱油效果的评价,并对比堵水、调剖、调驱单独施工和"堵水/调剖/调驱"一体施工的区别.研究表明,"无机+有机"复合凝胶体系初始黏度低,成胶强度高,注入性能和封堵性能良好,含水率≥30%;表面活性剂H1浓度>800 mg/L时,稠油乳化降黏率超过 80%.与分别实施"堵水、调剖和调驱"措施相比较,"堵/调/驱"一体实施降水增油效果显著,并且总注入量小,开发时间短,施工费用低,技术经济指标更优.
Study on the Experimental Method of"Plugging/Regulating/Flooding Integration"to Improve Oil Recovery-Taking Bohai Q Oilfield as an Example
In order to realize the high-efficiency development of offshore oilfields,according to the environment of Bohai oil reservoir,this paper uses Bush viscometer,scanning electron microscope and core displacement device to carry out the evaluation of plugging system selection,evaluate the basic performance and oil displacement effect of regulating and flooding system,and compare the differences between water plugging,profile control and flood control separately and"Plugging/regulating/flooding"integration.The research shows that the"inorganic+organic"composite gel system has good injection performance and plugging performance with low initial viscosity and high gel strength.When the water content is greater than or equal to 30%surfactant H1 concentration is greater than 800 mg/L,the stickiness reduction rate of emulsion of thick oil exceeds 80%.Compared with the measures of water plugging,profile control,and flood control respectively,the integrated operation of"Plugging/regulating/flooding"has better effect of increasing oil and reducing water,and the total injection volume is small,the development time is short,the construction cost is low,and the technical and economic index is better.
