海上油田利用自升式钻井平台进行油田开发,就位作业次数单平台平均达到 5次以上,多次就位导致海底脚印杂乱、深浅不一,再就位极易发生滑移.针对海上油田自升式钻井平台就位导管架平台过程中的桩靴滑移问题,从滑移机理研究、平台场址优选、就位作业推荐做法、精就位区域专项调查、就位方案和修脚印方案量身定制以及防滑移软件的编制等方面开展了研究,建立了具有渤海特色的海上油田就位作业防滑移体系.通过在渤中、垦利等油田区块的应用,提高了就位效率,获得了很好的经济效益.该研究旨在为中海油渤海油田大开发以及其他海域类似作业提供参考借鉴.
Construction of Anti-Slipping System for Offshore Position Operation in Bohai Oilfield
The offshore oil fields use the jack up drilling rigs for oil field development,and the number of positioning operations on a single platform is more than 5 times on average.Multiple positioning leads to various theories and different depths of seabed footprints,and it is very easy to slip when re-positioning.Aiming at the slip problem in the construction of offshore oil field engineering,the research is carried out from the aspects of slip mechanism research,platform site optimization,recommended practice for positoning operation,special investigation of fine positioning area,customization of positioning scheme and footprint repair scheme,and the preparation of anti-slip software,and an anti-slip system for offshore oil field positioning operation with Bohai characteristics is established.Through the application in Bozhong,Kenli and other oil field blocks,the emplacement efficiency is improved and good economic benefits are obtained.This study provides a new scheme and basis for the large-scale development of Bohai Oilfield and other sea areas of CNOOC.
