顾及船舶适航条件的可达动态海图研究

由于潮汐作用和海上环境因素的影响,现行依靠海图水深与潮汐表相结合保障船舶航行安全的方法亟待改进.为了在安全前提下最大限度提高通航海域的空间利用率,本文提出了一种获取顾及船舶适航条件的可达动态海图构建方法.在瞬时水深模型上,考虑船舶适航水深和适航时间窗口两个船舶适航条件,获得不同吨位船舶在不同航速下的最大可达范围的动态海图.基于该方法,构建了南黄海沿海海域的可达动态海图,该海图可为船舶乘潮进港提供水深信息,扩大航道通航能力,提升船舶可航行范围,提高海域的空间利用率.
Research on reachable dynamic charts considering ship seaworthiness conditions
Due to the influence of tidal effects and marine environmental factors,the current method of relying on the water depth of nautical charts combined with tide tables to ensure the safety of navigation of ships urgently needs to be improved.In order to maximize the space utilization of navigable sea areas under the premise of safety,this paper proposes a method for obtaining reachable dynamic charts that take into account the seaworthiness conditions of ships.On the instantaneous water depth model,considering the seaworthiness conditions of the ship seaworthiness depth and the seaworthiness time window,the dynamic charts of the maximum reachable range of ships of different tonnage at different speeds are obtained.Based on this method,this paper constructs a dynamic nautical chart of the coastal waters of the South Yellow Sea,which can provide water depth information for ships entering port by tide,expand the navigation capacity of the channel,improve the navigable range of ships,and improve the space utilization of the sea area.
