Architecture planning and construction practice of regional-level smart ocean big data center
The smart ocean big data center is the core carrier and central system of smart ocean engineering construction,and the plan and construction of its regional marine are of significance support in accelerating strong ocean provinces construction in each province,supporting local digital government construction,and promoting national smart ocean engineering construction.Based on the actual needs of promoting breakthrough in major fields,this paper proposes an architecture design for a region-level smart ocean big data center.It describes the overall framework,technical architecture,and data architecture,and provides a research case that demonstrates the center′s support implementation.Zhejiang smart ocean big data center based on this architecture provides key technologies in various aspects such as data resources,capacity support,comprehensive display,open innovation,and application service.It establishes a safe and open application environment for Zhejiang ocean big data,along with a self-initiated,efficient,and standardized sharing model,resulting in the demonstration effect of being the first provincial-level ocean big data center and construction experience that can be replicated and promoted nationwide.The smart ocean big data center,as a new type of information platform,will promote the sharing and utilization of ocean big data resources,unlocking their potential.Focusing on data sharing,application ecology,iterative upgrade,and innovation drive,it can supply a complete solution to the marine data resources management,sharing,and operation service,which throughout the full life cycle.
