摘要
从江苏省海洋防灾减灾的需求出发,利用J2EE、MySQL、ArcGIS地理信息平台等技术,建立江苏海洋辅助决策系统,实现了黄海(近海)、西太平洋(中国沿海)和全球三个尺度的精细化海表面风、海浪、海流、温度、盐度等数值的预报展示.该系统的建立可进一步完善江苏省海洋防灾减灾体系,增强江苏省海洋灾害风险预测能力和海洋突发事件应急处置能力.
Abstract
Based on the needs of marine disaster prevention and mitigation in Jiangsu Province,the marine assistant decision system of Jiangsu Province was established by using technologies such as J2EE,MySQL,ArcGIS geographic information platform,enabling the fine-scale forecasting and display of numerical data for sea surface wind,sea wave,ocean current,temperature,salinity and other values in the Yellow Sea(offshore),Western Pacific(coastal China)and the world.The establishment of the system can further improve the marine disaster prevention and reduction system of Jiangsu Province,strengthening its ability to predict the Marine disaster risk and respond to marine emergencies.
